Title: 9/29到美國西岸的貨要收港口擁擠費囉 Fromamy
Effective from Monday, September 29th, 2014, the CFS warehouses
servicing LCL consolidated cargo in the Los Angeles and Long Beach
harbor area will implement a new Congestion Surcharge.

The missed appointments and long wait time has had a negative impact
on the truckers productivity and they have for some time billed dry
run charges and wait time without those charges being passed on. The
CFS can no longer bear those expenses without compensation. Since
there is no end in sight to the congestion issues, the charges will be
assessed on all LCL cargo released locally in LAX. There are no
charges on IPI cargo at this time.

Congestion Surcharge will be collected at the rate of $3.00 per CBM or
Minimum $10 per shipment and will be payable directly to the CFS
warehouses at the time of pickup.

Attached please find the formal announcement letter from two of the
major CFS warehouses in the Los Angeles and Long Beach area.
