All cargoes moving under this tariff are subject to the following
amount of General Rate Increase as indicated below:

A) For Far East (except India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh),
S. Africa and Middle East to USA and Puerto Rico:

USD 675/40' high cube container and reefer container
